Return value:
Once the order is placed and is being processed, we cannot cancel it, because each order is personalized and the supply is distributed according to the order. Since our jewelry is a customized unique product, all items are final sales, and non-quality problems will not be returned.
Within 30 days after receiving the goods, free replacement if there is a quality problem. Please send your order number to jewelry@musepearl.com and attach high-resolution pictures of damaged jewelry. We will review them one by one according to the specific situation. Once the audit is passed, the customer only needs to bear the freight of the replacement, and we will reissue a new one for you free of charge.
Please refer to our care guidelines when taking care of our jewelry. We are happy to repair most manufacturing defects, but please remember that each pearl and gemstone used is slightly different, and natural materials are inevitable.
If you want to return a refunded item, it must be returned in original packaging or hard-shell packaging to prevent it from being crushed during mailing. Items that are mispackaged and crushed during the mailing process cannot be replaced. Items that are intentionally or accidentally worn and damaged are not considered defective and will not be accepted.
